Hayes Place: From Carpark To Planned Townhouses

October 29, 2018 by Jade And Glenn

In 2016, a 1285sq m parcel of land at 118 Corio St sold for $962,500.  I’ve heard no news about the warehouses, but the carpark itself was put on the market in August 2017. This included approved planning permits for seven townhouses.

These photos show the sign advertising the development in March, 2018. The photos of the vacant car park were taken during October.
