Future Civic Precinct: 6-10 Bayley Street

December 9, 2019 by Jade Craven

One of the reports for the November 26 Council meeting discussed the sale of part of the land at 137 Mercer Street to Quintessential Equity. This was sold ‘in order to reconfigure the development parcel to realise the best value and approved design outcome for Council.’

Part of the new consolidated lots included the buildings at 4-10 Bayley Street. I’ll be getting more photos of the buildings prior to construction starting.
