Noticed lots of markings along the section of Malop Street from Gheringhap Street to Moorabool Street. I’m assuming these are for the new section of the Green Spine.
Central Geelong has been pretty slow for a while as food venues either closed or shifted to takeaway online. Earlier this week, the restrictions were eased and people were allowed to dine at their favourite cafes and restaurants.
It was so lovely to see the tables back out on the street and people enjoying them. It was still a bit slow, which is understandable as many workplaces haven’t re-opened.
Recently, I revisited to get some new black and white film. It was painted Green! Love this hidden gem.
Recently, I was walking along Mt Pleasant Road in Highton when I noticed these little messages. They were put there by Harry, a year 6 student who had been given an assignment to create something that would create a positive impact in their community. It was a great way to test how much fitness I’d lost with the recent restrictions. Corio is very flat in comparison!
