Geelong CBD: Derelict Buildings

208 Moorabool Street

We noticed that the former Brian Boru Hotel had become run down during August 2017. It was later boarded up after a member of the public complained. We’ve visited the street behind the building quite regularly, as the area is a hotspot for graffiti. You can see the posts below:

Ice cream store

We discovered this building in August, 2017, with graffiti on it and a large crack on one of the front walls. We returned in March, 2018 to find it boarded up.
