The new stage area in the mall is finally open! Yesterday, it was still fenced off. Today it hosted a free concert featuring Elf and Mrs. Claus, also known as Shandelle McGennisken and Andy Pobjoy. Santa and the magic meter elves joined in.
It was low key but fun. I loved seeing the elves interacts with the kids that were there; it was very family friendly. Also noticed the cop that made a brief visit.
It will be interesting to see how the community responds to the improvements.
